We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds. We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager/Senior Manager Marketing Injectables to join our team.
In this role the candidate will be responsible for ensuring Hikma maximizes the value of the US injectables product portfolio and achieves organizational targets.
Responsibilities:
Achieve/exceed total US Injectable Net Sales and profitability through data driven strategic recommendations and actionable insights to improve business/product performance; identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Product portfolio ownership – manage a portion of the inline Hikma US Injectables product portfolio and work cross-functionally to develop appropriate pricing/contracting/supply strategies and messaging to maximize sales and profitability
Pricing – review and assess customer price requests taking into account product strategies, market dynamics, customer relationships, etc.
RFPs/bids – prepare analysis and recommended pricing for responses to customer RFPs/bids accounting for top and bottom-line results; impacts on other customers; etc.
New Product Launches – collaboratively develop analytically driven go-to-market strategies and pricing to ensure Hikma maximizes new product launch sales and margins
Communication across functions to ensure alignment of price changes and potential impact on demand forecasts
Ad hoc activities as the company deems appropriate
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience preferably in Generic Pharmaceuticals (Gx Injectables experience highly desired)
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to effectively conduct, interpret and present quantitative/qualitative analysis
Possess intellectual horsepower, business acumen, and strategic agility
Strong problem solving and quality decision making skills
Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts and other information
Ability to manage own workflow and resolve questions and problems with key stakeholders
Capacity to work autonomously demonstrating self-motivation, organization and a sense of responsibility for own work
Propensity to go above and beyond to exceed own and team expectations
