We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Manager to lead our Office Leasing Advisory team, with a focus on tenant representation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level advisory services to corporate clients, guiding them through their office space decisions in the dynamic Philippine real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory:
Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies for corporate clientsProvide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and negotiation strategiesGuide clients through the entire leasing process, from needs assessment to lease executionOversee multiple client accounts and projects simultaneouslySet performance targets and ensure high-quality service deliveryMarket Intelligence:
Stay at the forefront of office market trends, including new developments and tenant movementsConduct and oversee in-depth market research and analysisPrepare and present market reports and forecasts to clientsBusiness Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision-makersRepresent the company at industry events and networking functionsTransaction Management:
Lead complex lease negotiations on behalf of tenantsOversee the preparation of financial analyses and lease comparisonsCollaborate with legal teams to review and finalize lease agreementsClient Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate accountsEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and retentionManage client expectations and resolve any issues that ariseStrategic Planning:
Contribute to the overall strategy of the Office Leasing Advisory divisionIdentify opportunities for service expansion and improvementCollaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional efficiencyQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred4-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on office leasing and tenant representation is a plusProven track record of successfully advising corporate clients on their real estate strategiesIn-depth knowledge of the Philippine office market, including submarkets, pricing trends, and key playersStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsPRC Real Estate Broker's License is a plusSkills and Attributes:
