Manager/ Senior Manager, Operations & Partnerships (BNPL)-Indonesia

Lazada is looking for a Business/Product Operations & Partnerships, Manager/ Senior Manager to drive the adoption and growth of Lazada's Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product. As part of the Alibaba International Digital Commercial Digital Credit Team, you will be responsible for the continued business growth of BNPL and the main person in charge of the market. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Lazada.
• Work with our partner(s) to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in Indonesia with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes regionally or globally.
• Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience.
• A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions.
• Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and convert Lazada BNPL users.
• Role also entails day to day operation managements from external alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.
