We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Manager / Manager of Sales Strategy to lead the alignment and execution of initiatives driving sustainable growth with a specific focus on Salesforce consumption products. This role requires a highly strategic individual to create and enhance tools, processes, and systems for specialized sales products and contribute meaningfully on Salesforce's pivot to consumption.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with Product and Sales Teams:Collaborate with product and sales teams on Data Cloud and AI surges, focusing on key priorities.Work closely with global OU teams to align strategies and drive impactful initiatives.Developing Scalable Tools and Processes:Build high-visibility tools to support sellers in scaling consumption, including calculators, demand plans, and consumption forecast tools.Gather feedback from users and adapt processes and tools to meet evolving needs.Aligning with Product Organizations:Partner with product teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and provide updates on tool and process enhancements.Facilitate feedback loops between users and product organizations to drive continuous improvement.Driving Executive Alignment Programs:Lead programs for top accounts to gather feedback, share insights, and enable informed decision-making on sales strategies.Provide visibility into initiatives and tools to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Leading Global Consumption Initiatives:Oversee global initiatives related to Salesforce consumption, ensuring alignment across regions and teams.Champion adoption of tools and strategies that promote sustainable growth.Qualifications:Proven experience in GTM strategy, sales strategy, and program management within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.Strong analytical skills with a track record of creating impactful tools and processes.Demonstrated ability to drive alignment between cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable strategies.Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.This role offers the opportunity to influence key strategies and contribute to the growth of Salesforce's consumption products while driving innovation and collaboration across teams.Accommodations
