**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop strategic rationale for acquisitions and investments
+ Monitor and track universe of potential strategic acquisitions through industry landscape analysis, company profiling and working with internal leadership teams
+ Serve as primary coordinator of due diligence activities, including requesting, assessing, and organizing materials
+ Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including conducting market landscapes, performing financial analyses, and coordinating due diligence and post-merger integration processes
+ Develop financial rationale including pro forma financials, transaction synergies and various valuation analyses
+ Work closely with business leaders on post-acquisition integration activities and ensure value realization targets are achieved with an effective integration and transition process
+ Conduct market, competitive, and internal analysis to identify new growth opportunities (organic and inorganic) or operational performance initiatives
+ Collaborate with leaders in the organization on implementation of strategic and integration initiatives
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-7+ years M&A execution and strategy experience (in corporate development at a public or private company or with an investment banking firm, or some combination thereof). Position level will be commensurate with experience
+ Experience working on M&A-related transactions
+ Experience with financial/business case modeling – projections and valuation
+ Strategic thinker with deep experience in problem solving, insight generation, and quantitative analysis
+ An accomplished communicator in discussions and presenting, with ability to structure effective presentations
+ An agent of change to influence and align perspectives and prepare people and organizations to act with urgency
+ Energy and edge that serve as catalyst for action and change in the organization
+ Ability to manage ambiguity and apply structure to complex issues and opportunities
+ Able to operate with limited direction
+ Exhibit strong ability to develop internal and external relationships
+ Ability to effectively communicate problems, analytics, and proposed solutions to facilitate decision making and action
+ Transaction and project-related travel may be required, which may represent 10% of person’s time
+ Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred). Preference for studies in business, strategy, accounting/finance, analytics or economics
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $140,000- $175,000 annually plus bonus. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
