General Summary:

The HR Business Partner role (HRBP) will partner closely with SVP and regional VPs to advance people strategies and solutions aligned with short and long-term goal within QC. As the HR Business  Partner (HRBP), they will work across a highly matrixed environment, engaging and aligning with business leaders, HRBPs, HR Communities of Practice (HRCP), and People Solutions and Services to identify gaps and opportunities, and together develop the go-forward organizational and talent strategy. The incumbent will need to lead with a customer focus, while demonstrating leadership agility and vitality across our matrixed and global footprint.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of HR-related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 11+ years of HR-related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of HR-related work experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Partners with leaders across several countries like Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore/SEAPartners with APAC Sr.Dir HRBP to develop HR strategy, solutions and a strategic workforce plan that align to the business strategy and objectivesPartners across global HR teams to align on business and HR related goals for successful implementation and execution globallyStays ahead of regional HR issues and demonstrates these insights to develop appropriate business unit HR strategies and solutions.Focus on the targeted leadership development by talent planning and succession planLead and facilitate organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with business goalPartner with SVP and regional VPs to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide effective and timely solutions.Coaches SVP and regional VPs on sophisticated leadership and HR issues including development and talent performance and issues which could have the potential to build an advantage for the business. Builds organizational capability and agility through facilitation of talent development planning with senior leadership team (i.e., team efficiency, goal development and alignment, manager capability, org health and effectiveness, talent planning, etc.)Analyze and report on human resources metrics and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to inform leaders utilizing dashboards and other data sources to guide focus areas for their organizations.Promote and foster a positive and collaborative work culture.Ensure fairness and organizational consistency with our company values.

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years multiple HR functional experience preferred such as talent development, organizational development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, employee recognition, communication, engagement, and retention..3+ years of experience in a role requiring interactions with senior management (VP and above)MNC experienceAbility to travel as required by needs of the businessStrong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to influence and negotiate effectively.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and to prioritize and adapt to changing situations.Ability to work across global time zones.
