The salary range for this role is:

$83,980.21 - $142,755.34

Responsibilities:

The Manager Shift Operations will guide, direct and oversee all aspects of warehousing operations for the Midwest region, including packaging, shipping, inventory, budgets, WMS, safety, environmental and security using continuous improvement concepts. Ensure compliance with Del Monte Policies and Procedures which include Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality, Food Safety Systems, FSMA, and current issue of the BRC Standards.

Qualifications:

Shift is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Coverage for weekends/nights as needed.Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field5-10 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics OperationsExperience in computerized warehouse management and transportation management systems.Understanding of financial/accounting principles and operational budgeting.Proven experience in developing and managing annual operating plans (P&L).Ability to empower the workforce and build strong teams through hiring, developing, evaluating, training, coaching and succession planning.Proven ability to define performance measures directly related to business and hold people accountable for such.Strong communication skills and ability to build direct relationships with hourly associates while managing union contracts.Excellent customer service focus and results oriented.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Computer skills, including SAP; proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
