**Manager- Showroom & Exhibition, Kitchen & Bath Indonesia**
**BASIC FUNCTIONS**
Manage the overall operation of showroom, exhibition, trade show, distributor conference and home center display in Indonesia. Manage the standard of best exhibition and trade show booth, most excellent showroom and home center display within the industry in the responsible region to ensure our leader position in the industry.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
Conceptual designs, space planning, detail design and handle projects from inception through completion in accordance to the corporate and regional standards.
Manage & coordinate project team (both internal and external parties) during site implementation to deliver the project on time. Be in charge of contract and tender management.
Visit and check existing showrooms in Indonesia to ensure a high level of maintenance are in place and meet the corporate and regional showroom standards. Make recommendations on areas of improvement and work with Distributors to execute the improvements.
Create project and work forecast to ensure proper project management and execution to achieve quality results.
Work with the marketing communications team to develop exhibition themes and communications for key product categories.
Ensure and control expenses within the committed budget.
Support business development though market and design research so that our product display methods are always up to date and relevant to our end customers’ needs.
Attend product training and work with relevant teams to understand product features, POPs and technical specifications to ensure correct and accurate installation of products.
**RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS**
Report to Associate Director Showroom & Exhibition, K&B AP, with a dotted line to Head of Marketing, K&B Indonesia. Supervise the local Showroom & Exhibition staff.
**External/Internal Business Relationships**
Frequent contact with distributors and suppliers
Frequent contact with channel/product marketing, marcom, and retail trade associates
**Skills/Requirements**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design & Exhibition Design
At least 7 years of interior design experience in the merchandising industry (preferably high-end furniture). Preferably specializing in Interior Design, Showroom Design and, or Exhibition Design.
Independent and possesses a positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Objective and results oriented plus having a good insight of latest design trends and strong market analytical skills.
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
Strong at Auto CAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Powerpoint and other software relating to interior design and administration.
Possesses a strong command of English in both writing and speaking
Project management & construction implementation experience is required
Frequent Travel is required
