Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Six Sigma Process Improvement Digital Transformation

Process Excellence role that would drive business value for client and foster problem-solving and innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Genpact is responsible for managing and executing Improvement High Impact Projects through usage of Six Sigma, Lean and other methodologies.

The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the projects to support change Management, Program initiative across the organization.

Process Improvement: Lead and facilitate the application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements within an organization.

Project Management: Manage end-to-end Six Sigma projects, including defining project scopes, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines. Ensure successful completion of projects on schedule.

Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven approaches to identify root causes of issues, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certified

Has worked in a BPO set-up / call center environment

Practical experience in process improvement

Project Management Skills

Effective communicator and can relate well with all levels in the organization

Problem solving skills and innovative mindset to solve business challenges

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certified

Well-versed on data analysis / statistical testing
