**The Position**
Would you like to take on responsibility and actively shape the future of Facility Management? Then you’ve come to the right place! As Manager Soft Services and Head of Administration, you will ensure the standards, processes, and quality of our nationwide services in close coordination with the Head of Service Germany and Global Facility Management.
In addition to strategic and operational responsibility for Soft Services, you will lead the Administration team, including the telephone switchboard, and play a key role in the continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement of our services.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ You will ensure compliance with, harmonization of, and further development of standards, processes, and guidelines in coordination with Global Facility Management.
+ With a clear focus on transparency, standardization, and efficiency, you will develop and optimize procedural and work instructions.
+ You will conduct tenders and regularly evaluate the performance of external service providers to ensure the highest quality.
+ As a center of excellence for Facility Management, you will provide tools, knowledge, and capabilities to support the sites with high-quality services and drive service transformation forward.
+ You will ensure compliance with local and site-specific regulations and proactively manage corporate risks.
+ In addition to your core responsibilities, you will lead and administratively manage the Administration team, including the telephone switchboard, ensuring smooth operations and targeted development.
**Requirements**
+ University degree in Facility Management with extensive professional experience in Facility Management with a focus on soft services
+ Experience in project management as well as the design of building management and operational processes
+ Strong general technical skills and excellent expertise in at least one of the defined Facility Management categories
+ Strong networking skills, e.g., for strategic discussions on the development of current and future service categories and projects in alignment with corporate goals
+ Willingness to travel regularly to exchange with German sites
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
