Manager Specialty Sales

Responsible for managing wholesale accounts in defined territory. Working with sales reps, ISMs, DSMs, PMs
and DMs on all things sales related to wholesale accounts Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day
performance of their jobs.

 

Essential Job Duties:

Assist with the overall management of Wholesale accounts throughout Region Make sales presentations on all LKQ product lines Actively search and recruit new target customers, develop accounts, increase customer count Help manage pricing structures/levels to wholesale accounts Implement marketing and sales plans to wholesale accounts and monitor results Be familiar with company product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to customers Promote Business to Business Ordering processes to wholesale accounts Help Manage the reduction of returns and allowances through customer relationships Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
