To strengthen our HUB team in Pilsen we are looking for a Manager Statistics & Data Management Job Responsibilities + Creation of the monthly global statistical volume forecast for the Business Division + Close collaboration with all Demand Planners worldwide + Application of statistical methods in the Supply Network Planning + Supply Chain planning process optimization through data provision, preparation and analysis + Support & further develop the Supply Chain's Master Data Quality Monitoring + Participation in cross-department projects to introduce, implement or improve Supply Chain processes and systems Job Requirements + University degree in either Business Administration, Information Technology or Mathematics or comparable degree with focus on statistics + Very good analytical skills and affinity to work with large amounts of data + Strong IT skills (e.g. SAP S/4, SAP BO, Tableau, Alteryx, Celonis Python, R etc.) + Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English + Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international working environment + Assertiveness, Resilience, Team- and Solution oriented mindset We Offer + Competitive Salary (with yearly bonus of 15%) + Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement + Meal allowance of 123 CZK / day + Transport allowance of CZK 100 / day + Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year + Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year + Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year + 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday + 3 days of sick leave per year + Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month + Home office option ... and much more! ​ As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
