This position will be working onsite from Western Canada (Vancouver and British Colombia)
Position Summary:
Reports to Director, Sales (Region) and is responsible for the strategic, profitable revenue generation amongst retail travel agency and incentive accounts within specified geographic territory. Meet or exceed corporate growth goals, including Quarterly and Annual Sailed Revenue, as well as Quarterly Sailed Guests. Make sales presentations & conduct training seminars to small/large audiences to promote entire brand, specific ships, programs and destinations. Create and execute local co-op marketing and promotional programs with prioritized accounts within territory
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at current accounts within territory.
2. Work with Director, Sales to analyze and develop opportunities within territory.
3. Develop territory account business plans and marketing/promotional strategies for prioritized account base 4. Responsible for complete knowledge of all Royal Caribbean International products, services, and brand representation.
5. Analyze sales data in order to present monthly and quarterly business reviews with prioritized accounts across territory
6. Work with other Strategic Account Manager roles, as well as National Accounts, handling HQ roll-up accounts to analyze and maximize opportunities.
7. Access, analyze & communicate business booking trends with top accounts to ensure profitable growth (ROI, cost of sale, yield, retention, automation)
8. Develop brand champions ensuring customers/agents are kept up to date with the latest information on itineraries, pricing, product enhancements and brand positioning.

Financial Responsabilities:
Will be responsible for managing a co-operative advertising & sales activities budget for respective territory (will vary by territory)
Responsible for managing Travel & Entertainment budget using common cents approach
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
Qualifications:
Canada Citizen with Canadian Passport (Other nacionalities will not be consider for this role) College graduate required; Bachelor's degree preferred, or combination of education and experience. Travel industry background required. Outside sales experience [5+ years] strongly preferred. Must be aggressive, self-motivated, self-disciplined and a self-starter. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational/presentation skills. Proven outside sales experience required; Must be able to travel and live in assigned territory. (At least 2 weeks out of home with overnights)
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use advanced business and sales knowledge to make decisions, use sound judgment, negotiate effectively and deliver results. Excellent organizational and presentation skills. Ability to use multiple communication and interaction methods to collaborate effectively, get results with others and develop customer champions. Ability to display the highest level of personal integrity, take responsibility for personal and organizational results, and proactively develop greater ability. Marketing Knowledge (Social Media and related marketing activities/activations) Travel industry experience Must be proficient in communication skills including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Canada Driver License and ability to drive a Car.
Physical Demands:
