Reporting to the Plant Manager at our Menomonie, WI manufacturing facility, local producer of Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa and Swiss Miss/Snack Pack Pudding/Gels, you will Direct the Supply Chain functions of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing and Transportation, so that plant achieves its target customer service levels with a minimum investment in inventories and distribution costs. Work as a communication liaison between the plant, and corporate logistics, customer service, manufacturing platform, and related brand and business teams in communicating and resolving issues related to service, scheduling and deployment.

Understand the end-to-end Supply Chain for us and our customersEmbrace a disciplined curiosity for why – challenging the status quo and looking for continuous improvement in Supply Chain practicesEmbrace a customer centric mindset and advocate for external focus throughout the Supply Chain organizationGuide a Supply Chain agenda with retail strategic customersBe a Supply Chain liaison between our organization and customersLead customer interactions with leaders in Customer Replenishment, Supply Chain Services, Transportation, & Warehouse OperationsEnhance Supply Chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficienciesManage ConAgra's customer efficiency policies and programsManage supplier performance scorecards and Indicators and provide development assistanceAnalyze logistical deductions and nuisance feesProvide leadership to pull together additional resources to address Supply Chain opportunities and collaborative efficienciesPerform periodic Supply Chain business reviews with internal and external customersBuild relationships with important customersSupport ConAgra Foods Sales teams on increasing sales and improving profitabilityLead/facilitate demand planning activities associated with major events, transitions, new and discontinued itemsYou Have:
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management preferred)5+ years of experience (Warehousing, Transportation, Sales & Operations Planning, Customer Service)Competence in business systems and SAPParticipate in Plant Staff and Start Up Meetings.Participate in plant Manufacturing Excellence activities.Background in material management systems required. SAP production planning and WMS.Analyze materials management data & logically deduce the intended outcome to support production plans using JIT philosophy & principles.APICS Certification a plusExperience in Supply SchedulingGood project management, with the ability to work-cross functionallyExperience in a Matrix environment#LI-Onsite

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
