Manager Supply Chain
JOB SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Manager provides overall support of the management and strategic leadership of the Supply Chain Department and affiliated service lines. Reporting to the Director, the Manager is responsible for the management of the facility's inventory supply chain, including patient safety, compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with Materials Management, budgetary and fiscal performance of the Supply Chain Department, leadership of the Supply Chain team, resource development and implementation of process changes and establishment, measurement, reporting and audit of supply chain performance, metrics. MINIMAL ACCEPTABLE JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in Central Supply or Materials Management in lieu of education is accepted. Academic coursework in accounting, inventory management, and data processing is strongly preferred. Experience: Three years of experience in supply chain management required. Licensure/Certificates: N/A JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 1) Demonstrates working knowledge of the English language, verbal and written. 2) Demonstrates a basic understanding of the role of and relationship with other team members. 3) Demonstrates well developed interpersonal and communication skills necessary to establish and maintain positive therapeutic/working relationships with all internal and external customers, as needed.
