Main Responsibilities:

•Safety control for warehouse operations, as first safety owner of warehouse to deploy Global EHS Framework and continuous risk reduction and lead daily crew meetings and department Tier meetings.

•Drive the S&OP process review with sales team and inter-company team, drive the forecast and demand planning to production planning, and own manufacturing line capacity plan over 3-6 months per demand plan.

•Ensure forecast and demand in the system are maintained to drive the production and material preparations

•Ensure the material replenishment and safety stock are properly maintained to fulfill the demand, define and regularly monitor safety stock strategy to meet both business and operation targets.

•Ensure proper production schedule arranged to deliver the customers’ demand on time, owner daily work order fulfillment monitor and plan weekly production schedule with production team, make monthly capacity hour Vs demand hour plan.

•Ensure and optimize proper material flow through manufacturing process from receiving, production to finish goods shipment, leverage global supply chain best practice to pursue supply chain excellence, with Kanban systematic thinking and execution.

•Warehouse management standardization and optimization, ensure daily material receiving and finishing goods shipment are in the right quantity and right time. Ensure smooth and accurate and effective warehouse goods transactions and accuracy, create cycle counting mechanism and owner regular stock taking monthly/quarterly to ensure working capital complying with finance rules.

•Leverage Global Supply Chain excellence regarding on planning parameter standardization projects to maintain and update the MRP system to ensure the proper system data integrity along with engineering team.

•Conduct customer satisfaction survey and drive the customer service level improvement

•Leverage BI and other AI tools to generate Monthly KPI report and quarterly FCST plan, provide support on yearly CHAMP plan, drive the cost reduction and inventory optimization program to DIO target. •Implement DPS and lean initiative in warehouse and material flow improvement

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education Qualification:

•Bachelor’s degree or above with major in supply and material management preferred.

Technical Competence & Skills:

•Rich experience in demand management for both international and domestic customers. •Good S&OP, MPS, MRP and capacity requirements planning management skills.

•Oracle/ BI tool or AI systematic tool preferred

•Both of direct materials & MRO purchasing management and supplier management skills.

•Good warehouse and materials storage management skills.

•APICS/ISM certifications or related certifications is a plus.

Leadership Competence:

• Growth mindset, drive change mindset to lead TEAM to go through tough task.

• Sense of urgency, ownership to own everything, timely report out and drive team to fulfill customer delivery

• Teamwork and result oriented

• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with people at different levels and functions

Relevant Experience:

•10+ Years manufacturing material and production planning experience, 5 + years in PMC managerial position.

•Global company working experience with cross function and cross region customer & suppliers Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

•Good oral and written English •Oracle/SAP/BI tool, PPT report
