Manager Supply Chain Contracts/Manager Contract Administration

Job Description:

 The Manager is responsible for overseeing the contract review process within Powers Health, ensuring that all contracts align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Manages the full contract lifecycle, contract execution, compliance monitoring and renewals for all contracts within Powers Health including but not limited to supply chain, physician contracts, property leases, etc.  This role manages a team of Contract Administrators, establishes standardized contract language, and determines when contracts require legal counsel review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain or related field. 3-5 years' of experience in healthcare supply chain, purchasing, contracting or vendor management. Preferably with supplier contracts, negotiations, and document review. Proven ability to lead a team and implementing contract management processes. Knowledge of healthcare specific procurement practices and value-based care models. Excellent negotiation, risk assessment, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with EHR vendors, medical supply agreements and healthcare IT contracts. Proficiency in contract management software and ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Coupa). Strong MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work under stress imposed by deadlines and multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and management skills.
