Manager - Supply Chain Data Steward & PPM

At Eli Lilly, we are seeking a dynamic Manager for Supply Chain Data Stewardship and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to lead a team of six members. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Supply Chain Customer Service and Master Data.

As the leader of Sesto's Data Management Team, you will play a vital role in defining our work priorities and objectives. Your strong leadership will align our efforts with the company’s vision and mission while energizing the team to achieve our goals effectively. Your direction and guidance will be crucial in driving our Master Data Team toward success and the realization of our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Team Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all master data activities within the SAP and Pmx/Paletti systems. You will oversee both local and global projects, acting as a vital connector throughout.

As the LDA and Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of Data Stewards to ensure that our master data is accurate and up-to-date. You will collaborate closely with the Site Coordinator to design and produce high-quality printed packaging materials (PPMs) for both our new and existing products.

Master Data Management: Ensure the efficient management of master data in SAP by effectively communicating with the Central PPMD Group and Regulatory Affiliates regarding our local site initiatives. Additionally, you will verify and maintain the quality of documentation that is essential for our PPM packaging materials.

Supply Chain and Site Representation: Represent our site in global Six Sigma projects to enhance our Product Portfolio Management (PPM) and master data initiatives. You will approve both local and regional procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

New Product Change Coordination: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth approvals for material master data and bills of materials (BOM), facilitating efficient project progression. You will serve as the primary contact for local and global meetings regarding new products.

Serialization Coordination: Act as the primary link between the Global Serialization Group and local contacts to ensure effective serialization management.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s DegreeFull professional proficiency in EnglishStrong knowledge of factory processes, quality processes, scheduling, management systems (SAP/PMX), and project management activitiesFundamental understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, manufacturing, planning, customer service, and logisticsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment to establish priorities and meet deadlines
