Manager Supply Chain Development
Job Description About the position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Manager Supply Chain Development to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Manager SCD lies within the European Supply Chain and the Tomato Ketchup “Pod”. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Jaap van der Steenhoven, Sr. Manager SCD.

Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of TK innovation, ESG, VE and other projects will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Europe.

In brief, you are responsible for:

Team Management & resource planning: Lead and manage a team of 2/3 project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful project execution. Project management & Portfolio value: Lead and deliver high complexity projects and oversee the delivery of projects of direct reports. Projects include new product launches, CAPEX investments, cost savings initiatives and supply chain changes. By delivering TK projects, you contribute heavily to the “Portfolio value” KPI and Kraft Heinz NSV and EBIT overall. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Head of TK, peers, BUs, and senior leadership, to gather input, secure buy-in, and drive alignment on project priorities and objectives. Progress Reporting: Inform and update the Innovation & Growth LT and key stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives. Supply Chain Representation: Be the voice of Supply Chain in all TK Pod related topics and ensure all projects are feasible from and efficient supply chain execution perspective. Expert Engagement: Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts, such as those specializing in demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering, to provide additional support and expertise as needed. Strategy Alignment: Align team efforts with the overall TK Pod strategy, ensuring that project initiatives contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. (SC) Collaboration: Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support for implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

Bachelor or Master degree; 5+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain; Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills; Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Strong business acumen; Experience in managing a team; English language proficiency; Expert in Excel and Powerpoint.
