The team is the go- to-place for the business for everything related to sustainable product. **The Position** The position of Sustainability Manager Raw Materials & Manufacturing drives sustainable materials activities for Tommy Hilfiger Global and reports into the Director Sustainable Brand. The role develops roadmaps to support sustainable materials & processes ambitions, supports business with operationalization, builds internal awareness & knowledge about sustainable materials & processes, monitors performance and reports progress. **Key Responsibilities** + Support development of Tommy Hilfiger’s 2030 sustainable materials & processes roadmaps considering CO2 emissions, financial impact and sourcing risks & opportunities. + Engage with internal stakeholders to execute the sustainable materials & processes roadmaps for 2025/2030, including Product Development, Raw Materials, Traceability, Merchandising and Innovation teams. + Manage Tommy Hilfiger’s BCI program to meet PVH’s sustainable cotton target. + Lead the process to report sustainable leather usage by the brand. + Oversee program to assess the impact of our regenerative materials sourcing. + Collaborate with the Raw Materials, Product Development and Innovation teams to support acceleration of recycled materials adoption. + Provide end-to-end structural support for assessment, substantiation requirements and system integration of new sustainable materials & processes for Tommy Hilfiger. + Ensure sustainable materials & processes are being used throughout the collections development and track sustainable materials & processes roadmaps execution and progress against corporate targets. + Collaborate with internal teams to improve sustainable materials & processes reporting and decision-making dashboards. + Support the continuous improvement of internal guidelines on sustainable materials & processes e.g. on animal fibers, bio-based, leather, dyes. + Contribute to the Sustainable Materials Working Group involving brands and the corporate team. ​ + Raise awareness of sustainable materials & processes definition and targets within the organization through guidelines, training, webinar and presentations. **The Ideal Candidate** + Background in environmental sciences + At least 5-8 years of experience working in sustainability + Analytical, strategic and hands-on mindset + Strong attention to details + Skilled with Excel and Power Point + Experience managing multiple cross-organization stakeholders + Excellent spoken and written communication skills, + Excellent English verbal/writing skills. **Your Wellbeing is Our Priority** In the heart of Amsterdam, PVH is home to the global headquarters of Tommy Hilfiger and the European offices of Calvin Klein. + **How we support you:**  choose the hybrid setup and working hours that suit you, in addition to meeting-free Fridays, work from anywhere 4 weeks a year, 25 days of paid holidays, mental health days, parental leave, home office allowance, commuting allowances, employee assistance programs, and pension schemes + **Wellbeing:**  exclusive onsite gym and fitness classes, personal training, meditation studio, sports clubs, in-house physio, and receive access to our nutritional and wellbeing programs + **Campus:**  extensive food and beverage offerings, top-notch restaurant, barista coffee bars, sky bar, monthly social events, weekly Thursday drinks, game nights, and campus-themed activities that will keep your social life busy + **Develop your career:** whether you lead a team or contribute your own expertise, everyone is a leader at PVH.
