Sinch is seeking a talented and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic organization. As a Team Lead at Sinch, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled professionals and driving their success in achieving team goals and targets. Your role will involve managing and developing team members, coordinating team activities, and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's performance and overall success.

Key responsibilities:

Define the team's strategic goals and align them with organizational objectives. Develop and implement operational frameworks and long-term plans to ensure scalability and efficiency. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning and design and execute training programs to upskill team members and improve performance. Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring projects and tasks meet deadlines with high quality. Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and act as the primary point of escalation for critical technical issues. Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure operational consistency. Continuously evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions in recurring tasks. Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the technical environment. Serve as the liaison between the technical team and other departments (e.g., engineering, product, and client support teams). Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations. Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics for individuals and teams to the management. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve shared goals and objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in team leadership and management
