About the Role
New opportunity within our large Engineering organization for a Manager System Test as part of a new opening position in Connectivity Test Center. This role will be part of a new team based in Bucharest which will work closely with the wider team. This is a newly formed team. Our goal is to build out our Connectivity Test Coordinating team operating from our strategic site in Bucharest providing experienced and dynamic team members to support multiple roles across our portfolio of global projects. This is an extremely exciting time to get involved, to help develop and shape innovative technology and drive change throughout the organization.
What You Will Do
What You Need
Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience.Demonstrable record of appropriate leadership of development/test teams across different locations for 5+ years.Proven Experience in test methodologies, tools, and methods.Good knowledge in testing embedded systems.Expertise in working with distributed development teams.High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.Business fluent in English.Efficiently meeting deadlines, schedules, and target dates.Willingness to travel according to project needs.What is Nice to Have
Strong Know-How of technical/automotive standards in infotainment or telematics software projects.Technical expertise in area of Automotive and Telematic.Integrity: keeping promises, following through commitments, demonstrating values expected to others.Strong interpersonal communication skills including negotiation and influencing.Ability to manage difficult situations.Good decision-making skills.Excellent task and time management.What Makes You Eligible
