**Overview**
The **Manager Talent Acquisition, Field** leads recruiting efforts through Talent Attraction and Selection for Field Leadership openings that will build upon the Burlington brand and drive key results for the company. This role serves as a strategic business partner to their assigned territory and is responsible for planning and developing proactive recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent and leverages internal/external systems and tools to drive hiring results. The Talent Acquisition Manager guides the Sourcing, Interviewing and Selection of external candidates. This position partners closely with Field Leaders, Talent Acquisition team members, and cross-functional HR Partners to ensure a collaborative approach to talent planning, attraction, and selection. This person contributes to “Our Burlington” by delivering top talent to drive top-line business results.
**A Day in the Life:**
+ Oversee full lifecycle recruitment for assigned territory including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, developing compensation packages, and offer negotiations.
+ Develop creative approaches to identify and attract qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
+ Identify and leverage various recruiting tools including iCIMS, Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing methods for referral generation, internet sourcing, networking, social media, community partnerships, etc.
+ Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to create strategies/staffing plans to meet talent needs.
+ Drive consistent and predictable reporting and communications to keep internal clients and stakeholders informed of progress and taking partners to develop solutions for recruiting challenges.
+ Conducts critical and confidential searches for Field Leadership positions.
+ Ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process (first day)
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Corporate and Stores HR Business Partners, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition leadership to determine staffing needs and develop/ implement cost effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill, increase retention and place qualified candidates in open positions.
+ Provide counsel to hiring managers on matters pertinent to internal mobility and external hiring to ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures, and compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
**Talent Systems**
+ Leverage ATS (iCIMS) to maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activities
+ Active participant in Talent Calibration discussion to proactively identify needs. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for active and confidential searches.
+ Utilize SkillSurvey to conduct reference checks.
+ Manage TA Reporting activities and provides meaningful dashboard reporting and insights, communicates the Talent Acquisition story to business leaders to influence talent decisions.
**Additional**
+ Works on special TA and HR projects, as needed
+ Subject matter expert on the Talent Acquisition process.
+ Leverage Employer Branding and proactively looks for innovative and new industry best practices around recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing to ensure we are hiring top talent and all candidates walk away from their experience with a positive image of the Burlington brand.
**You’ll come with:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Human Resources or related field preferred.
+ 7+ years of demonstrated Talent Acquisition & Sourcing experience
+ Deep sourcing, interview, assessment and selection experience.
+ Proven leader with track record for exceeding TA goals and objectives. High level of accountability and drive for results. Ability to influence across the business and build strong relationships with team and cross-functional partners.
+ Broad organizational knowledge of TA systems, legislative regulations and labor market trends.
+ Passion for recruiting, with a desire to deliver a quality experience for every candidate.
+ Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced, agile environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational habits.
+ Retail/Hospitality/Consumer Packaged Goods/similar industry preferred.
+ Strong presentation, follow-through, consulting, analytic, negotiation, interpersonal, business acumen and people leadership skills
+ Ability to utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to enhance the full-cycle talent acquisition processes.
+ Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS or Workday preferred.
+ Souring tool experience, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
