Handling Tax Operation in service and manufacturing setup of SEZ and DTA units, compliances, litigations including classification disputes, tax refunds on exports under GST/foreign trade policy such as duty drawback/EPCG/EOU/AAS/RoDTEP/other Scheme, dealing with tax authority/courts/advisors/ management /other functions with proper & timely planning, proactive handling & open, creative and forward thinking with minimum cost of operation.
