1. The primary function for this exciting role is to provide leadership to develop & manage best-in-class Total Cost of Ownership Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the Global SCM strategy.
2. The position will focus on building organization capability and capacity to actively support global SCM needs, drive process & functional excellence, and deliver high quality of customer service.
• Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) COE operations from both short term and long-term perspective to execute the supply chain strategy of the corporation.
• Collaborate with leadership from SCM & Operations to understand focus areas and provide solutions by running supply chain simulations and modelling using tools such as Llamasoft. Articulate cost & service impacts that strategic initiatives will have on the supply chain design.
• Drive towards improving total cost out performance for the organization and focus on delivering business results with a sense of urgency.
• Develop annual operating and performance measurement plans that align resources with corporate goals and objectives. Establish monitoring mechanisms to identify both areas for improvement and recognition.
• Build customer relationships and monitor customer satisfaction on a regular basis, aligned with global SCM approach and process.
• Proactively build organizational capability and capacity to effectively partner with stakeholders for driving supply chain design excellence. Benchmark against market trend and technologies.
• Set appropriate staffing levels through the profit planning process and recruit & onboard the right talent into organization.
• Foster employee involvement in continuous improvement efforts and promote quality culture within the GSC COE by focusing on reducing cycle times and costs of non-conformance.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of all information reported.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with several functions (Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, GTM, Materials, Operations, Quality, Compliance) to ensure high quality deliverables and launch innovative solutions in new areas for supply chain design.
• Drive initiatives to increase adoption of supply chain design tools across the organization.
• Ensure alignment and necessary revisions to TCO framework as per SCM and Finance policies.
• Lead strategic supply chain design projects
• Coach and mentor team members to build a high performing team.
Qualification:
• Any Graduate / PG with 12+ years of relevant supply chain & team management experience
Basic Knowledge (Foundation):
• 12+ years of supply chain management experience
Basic Knowledge (Foundation):
Exposure to CoE environment essential.

Minimum Competencies for Interview
• Advanced functional knowledge in materials, logistics, inventory, costing, and good understanding of procurement process
• Prior experience of leading team in manufacturing plant or supporting supply chain operations for manufacturing sites through COE set-up
• Demonstrated experience of working on supply chain design projects

• PMP certification strongly preferred
• APICS CPIM certification is desirable
