The opportunity 
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Tech-Lead Developer (Manager) to join our Digital Engineering Team.
We are looking for a top-notch technology savvy specialists willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. You will be part of our global team and you will participate in international projects.

 

Your key responsibilities 
As a Tech-Lead Developer, you will work on improving, developing, integrating, and testing new and existing digital solutions. You’ll focus on the design, customization, and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.


Some activities you might be engaged into can be:

Working closely with our clients to understand their business, functional, technical, and implementation requirements; Provide key input in technology stack evaluation and assist the architect in terms of technology choices for the projects when needed; Working with the relevant teams to ensure the timely delivery of the projects; Lead and mentor development teams; Take ownership of the solution delivery, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a solution.


Skills and attributes to success

Experience in developing cloud-native applications (PaaS); Experience with integrations with MS Active Directory, ADFS, and LDAP; Knowledge of application architecture principles, based on industry best practices; Good technical leadership and communication skills; Very good English (verbal and written).

 

To qualify for the role you must have

5+ years of experience as fullstack developer (experience as cloud developer is valued); Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related; Previous experience in Consulting and/or High-Tech industry; Knowledge of programming languages: .Net, C#, Python, React JS, Angular JS, among others; Technical design and architecture of solutions; Quality control of software releases; Previous experience using CI/CD tools (Azure Devops or others); Previous Experience using management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

Agile methodology/Scrum Master certifications will be a plus.
