You will also mentor the team and provide thought leadership on technology, contributing to business development and client relationship management. **Responsibilities** **Your Impact:** + As a Java Architect and Manager, you will lead the development of high-end technology solutions for our clients, focusing on core Java, databases, and messaging systems. + You will guide development, design, user interface, technology integration, and overall project architecture. + You will manage and support the technical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code, and will engage in client-facing activities, including business development and relationship-building. **Qualifications** **Your Skills & Experience:** + Extensive software development experience with expertise in Java 8+ and knowledge of the latest Java 9 features + Strong experience with multithreading, data structures (e.g., hashmaps), ER modeling, transaction management (across databases and queues), and locking strategies + Deep knowledge of OOP, algorithms, and data structures + Proficient in writing high-quality code with full automated unit test coverage (JUnit, Mockito, etc.) + Experience defining and applying design standards, patterns, and quality metrics + Strong experience with CI/CD tools and messaging technologies + Familiarity with data platforms (relational and/or NoSQL), MVC frameworks like Spring, and web services (REST, SOAP), including microservices architecture + Experience with high-performance application tuning and profiling **Additional information** **What you will get:** + Full time/ long term contract with all of the benefits per Mexican Law. + Hybrid work + Major medical insurance and support for minor + Food tickets, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus + English lessons, certification programs, clear career-path, soft and technical skills trainings.
