Job Description & Summary

As part of the TS&T team, the incumbent will play an important role in supporting PwC Canada engagements from India in driving the company's strategic and operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring performance meets the desired targets.

The job responsibilities primarily involve spearheading our clients' cloud initiatives. This includes establishing a detailed cloud strategy, design of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud environments, development of application migration strategies, the assurance of seamless integration with legacy systems, and the definition of cloud operating model.

Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results - conduct analysis and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyze large sets of data, support project lead, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.

Skills & Responsibilities

The incumbent should be able to demonstrate proven and thorough knowledge or success in supporting large teams through the design and implementation of changes to strategy and operations:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of client organizations, including their industry, competitors, and market trends. Collaborate with client teams to identify challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather information and insights.Support RFP and Proposal response building. Work on Firm Reinvestment activities and support Thought Leadership.Analyze data and financial reports to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Develop comprehensive action plans, strategies, and roadmaps to address client challenges and achieve their goals. Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase, working closely with client teams to ensure successful execution. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, adjusting as necessary.

Requirements

9+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively interpret and analyze complex data sets. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proficiency in using various analytical tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Demonstrated experience developing winning proposals Ability to develop the approach, pricing structure, and team for a proposal

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – Technology and Management (Business Administration) specialization preferred9+ years relevant experience preferably in Digital, Technology and Cloud in consulting or technology function of industriesCertifications relevant to any of the following or more areas -Cloud-based service providers like AWS, Microsoft, GCP, etc.TOGAF, ITIL 4, COBIT certifications
