Successful experience with large, complex turn-key programs is a must. **Connecting you to great benefits** + Weekly Paychecks + Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays + Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) + 401(k) w/ Company Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you’ll do as a** **Manager Telecom** **Responsibilities:** + Establishes process to account for end to end workflow that identify all turn-key touch points necessary to fulfill contractual obligations specific within a particular customer engagement in multiple markets with multiple operational teams. + Identifies transition criteria and then manages stakeholder touch points, internal and external, from receipt of customer work order through invoice approval ensuring complete contractual compliance. + Removes obstacles and empowers Operations to be successful. + Constantly manages and monitors program progress, risk and the quality of the customer experience. + Leads and coordinates program level activities within a multiple markets. Include but not limited to critical path monitoring/alignment, procurement, resource loading/forecasting/conflict resolution and critical path risk identification/mitigation. + Utilizes and provides to management meaning and timely reports using key performance indicators to aid in managing the health of the project or program. + Enhances existing processes and introduces economies of repetition in the execution of projects. + Supports Operations across multiple Dycom subsidiaries in multiple markets to deliver project level services for the customer program. + Proactively identifies and resolves potential issues before they become problems. + Leads efforts to gather all project level status to report on program status to all. + Identifies and implements continuous process improvement initiatives to allow Operations to delivery services more efficiently. + Client interface for market level status and issue resolution. + Participates in weekly market level project level status calls with customer, keeping expectations aligned through schedule variance tracking and risk mitigation techniques. + Drives standardized process down through their markets to ensure consistent delivery methodology regardless of subsidiary or location. + Tracks change impact and delay impact at a market level. + Defines and monitors critical path and high risk program key data points for analysis. Works with P6 Expert (CDP) to customize P6 system to fit program needs. + Manages a staff of between 5 and 10 people. + Implements and monitors a Quality Control program. + Forecasts and manages materials to facilitate the scheduled work on time and under budget. + Leads teams of Project Management, Project Controls and Quality Management personnel in multiple markets. **Safety Responsibilities:** + Assist in the responsibility for the safety on jobsites; including all employees for the Company and any other employers near the jobsite + Assist in ensuring that the Company Safety and Loss Control Program is followed on each jobsite and that there are no unsafe conditions or acts at each jobsite + Assist in ensuring that the necessary safety equipment is available and is in proper working order at each jobsite and that employees are trained in safe procedures related to their job + Conduct periodic safety inspections, gate checks and Job Safety Observations (JSO) at each jobsite + Assist in conducting weekly safety meetings with all employees or with employees not meeting safety expectations + The employee shall follow all safety rules at all times. + The employee shall not engage in unsafe acts. + The employee is expected to attend and participate in all safety meetings and training. + The employee shall use all prescribed safety equipment that is required to safely do the job at hand. + The employee shall report unsafe acts or conditions to his or her immediate Supervisor or Safety Personnel. + The employee shall report any and all injuries, accidents and/or incidents immediately their immediate Supervisor. + The employee shall be a safe worker on and off the job. **What you’ll need** + You are at least 18 years old + You are authorized to work in the United States for this company + You have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years utility construction experience + You have one (1) to two (2) years proven experience supervising employees and managing crews + You are able to maintain a safe work environment + You are able to proficiently plan, prioritize and organize workload efficiently + You are able to effectively communicate orally or in written form with management, internal and external customers. **Additional qualifications** + You have a valid drivers license + You have an MVR record that is deemed acceptable by the company + You are able to work over-time; after hours; on weekends; and for emergencies or on-call + You are proficient with general computer knowledge; and knowledge in Microsoft Office + Mathematical skills **Physical abilities & exposures** + **Routinely:** stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low. The employee will be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, crouching, lifting, holding or stooping while on shift.
