Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or directly related STEM discipline with 8 years of engineering experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years of engineering experienceExperience collaborating with teams and/project leadership.2 or more years of experience with leading individuals or projects.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience with troubleshooting and interpreting electronic schematics.U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearanceExperience with standard Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Preferred qualifications:
Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technologist degreeDirect people leadership experience.Excellent interpersonal skills.Advanced experience directly related to electronic circuit card design or test development.Test software development experience.Direct experience with Agilent ICT, Spea Flying Probe, DITMCO, Chroma or other similar test platforms.Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
