What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Third Party Risk Manager to join our growing team. 

Day to Day You’ll Be:

Proactively manage in collaboration with the business, TU’s suppliers to optimise performance and reduce riskDrive operationalisation & evolution of UK and Canada TPRM frameworksManage regional TPRM Resources (currently 1 FTE)Support evolution of global TPRM polices and processesImplement a plan for on-boarding current and new third parties into the Third Party Risk Management programmeWork closely with senior stakeholders in regions to understand local requirements and drive engagementProvide awareness briefings and training to the business linesCollaborate with numerous internal teams e.g. Information Security, Privacy, Business Continuity, Compliance to ensure programme meets requirements and remains relevantProvide support to the business on all TPRM mattersSupporting negotiations of contracts as an SME on Service levels, exit plans etcSupport response to client audits in relation to TPRMProducing insightful reporting and MI for stakeholders and represent TPRM at local governance meetings

Essential Skills & Experience:

Supplier Management experience and/or Third Party Risk Management experienceOutstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills..Experience authoring and contributing to policy and training materials.Commercial contracts knowledgeStakeholder managementInfluencing and persuasion skillsChange management experience

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Comfortable working in a matrix organisation which is highly complex.Understanding of key regulation pertaining to Financial Services ie. FCA, PRA, EBA desirable

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
