The opportunity
We are looking for cybersecurity professionals to fill the role of Cyber Security Manager. Whether you are a technical security specialist or a GRC generalist is not critical, what is important is that you are highly skilled within your area of expertise. If your strength lies in technical areas such as IAM, OT security, cloud security or security architecture, you will be expected to lead with technical excellence.
Alternatively, if your expertise is in the GRC domain, your role will be pivotal in aligning our cybersecurity practices with risk – and vulnerability management as well as business and regulatory frameworks (ISO, NIST CSF, NIS2, AI Act, etc.).
You will play a large role in how we deliver security advisory and transformations security projects to clients and will be part of a dynamic and inspiring cybersecurity team in EY. Your responsibilities will include project delivery, leading projects and younger colleagues, fostering a learning culture and driving business development through strategic client relationships.
Your key responsibilities
• Lead by example, whether in technical problem-solving or GRC strategy implementation. Don’t be afraid to advise based on your competence and experience
• Drive business growth by leveraging your specialization to identify and develop commercial opportunities
• Serve as a role model and thought leader within your community and our team
• Collaborate across the Cyber team, championing innovation and addressing complex challenges within your domain of expertise Skills and attributes for success
• Relevant education in IT or cybersecurity, with relevant professional certifications
• At least 5 years of experience within the cybersecurity domain, whether it be technical security or GRC
• A strong professional network and a track record of successful deliveries and results
• Recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA (for technical profiles) or relevant GRC qualifications (ISO27001:27002, ISO27005, NIS2 Lead Implementer, etc.)
• Proficiency and experience in managing complex security threats or implementing comprehensive GRC frameworks
• Knowledge of industry standards relevant to your specialization
• You are a proactive and curious leader and enjoy balancing theoretical knowledge with practical application
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Danish, with great reporting and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A structured and positive approach to challenges
