You will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards strategy and practices (Incl STI, LTI & Benefits) across different workforce within Zeta globally (Tech & Non-tech). While doing so, you will partner/collaborate with both internal stakeholders (HR & Biz leaders) and external stakeholders (Partners, vendors, consultants, etc.)
Responsible for designing and driving the rewards strategy across engineering, product and business verticalsAssess the effectiveness of existing programs in line with external and internal equities and suggest recommendations that align with the rewards strategy Responsible for industry benchmarking, determining pay ranges, pay mix for the organizationDesign and program manage the Annual appraisal process to ensure complete budget management and timeline adherence while working alongside with internal stakeholdersPartner/ act as consultant to business stakeholders on Total Rewards philosophy, principles & processes. Advise them in managing their org health in line with assigned budgets, rewards and talent strategy.Cultivate a thorough understanding of the rewards framework through various mediums to ensure that People Success, TA, leaders, and managers are aligned  Design effective communication strategies to increase knowledge and awareness around the rewards philosophy and programs amongst employees Responsible for driving variable compensation plans (short term incentives, sales incentives)Maintain specialist knowledge by keeping abreast of industry trends, peer & competitor practices, published materials and moreSupport any special projects in job grading and job evaluations as per the organization’s policy. Partner with People Partners and Business leaders to maintain an appropriate grade structure and ensure effective governanceEnsure we are compliant with all state and national laws with respect to compensation across levels across countriesSkillsStrong design sensibility around programs and practices to impact employee experience and optimize costBusiness Acumen: Good understanding of SaaS business model, business and talent landscape and leveraging it for recommending rewards philosophy that is sustainable and aligned with business goalsKnowledge: Subject matter expertise on cash compensation practicesStakeholder Management: Able to influence and manage the expectations across multiple stakeholdersAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisionsCommunication: Excellent communication skills to convey compensation and benefits plan design in simple and understandable mannerCollaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize plan design and administration for better outcomes.Experience and Qualifications:MBA/PG from well known business schoolsRelevant experience of more than 5 Years in a total rewards or C&B roleWork experience in Fintech, SaaS or Startup companies is preferredConsiderable experience in creating Rewards frameworkIn depth and operating knowledge of the Compensation, Benefits and Sales compensationEqual Opportunity:
