Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand growth and creating impactful campaigns? We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead and shape our trade marketing initiatives across multiple indirect channels.
This is a leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to develop and execute multi-category campaigns that elevate brand visibility and market share. You’ll foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture through coaching and people development, while championing excellence in execution and working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
Your day to day
Lead Trade Marketing Strategy: Use market insights to shape channel-specific plans that elevate brand visibility and consumer engagement.Drive Brand Growth: Champion campaigns for our product portfolio, setting KPIs and driving adoption.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the trade marketing champion in cross-functional teams, aligning strategies and fostering collaboration across brand, category, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.Own Channel Strategy: Tailor marketing plans to fit diverse channels and ensure consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints. This includes Field Execution Excellence where you will maintain visibility within channels through regular touchpoints, ensuring strategies are executed flawlessly and consistently meet high standards.Deliver Campaign Excellence: From concept to deployment, ensure campaigns meet global standards and deliver measurable impact.Manage Supplier Relationships: Collaborate with vendors to deliver high-quality POS solutions and maintain brand integrity. Oversee the full lifecycle of POS solutions, including development, deployment, and maintenance, to drive optimal brand presentation.Oversee Budget & Performance: Track spend, measure ROI, and optimize budget allocation for maximum effectiveness.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect campaign impact and alignment with business goals. You’ll regularly compile and present performance reports, providing insights to stakeholders.Develop and Inspire Teams: Lead with empathy and clarity, fostering growth, creativity, and accountability. Act as a mentor for direct reports, promoting a collaborative team culture that encourages creativity. Develop and implement growth-focused action plans aligned with individual career goals and organizational objectives.Ensure Compliance: Stay informed on regulations and ensure all marketing activities meet legal and ethical standards.
About you
Proven experience in trade marketing or related roles, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skillsStrong analytical capabilities and a keen eye for trends and insights.Strong leadership skills and experience in managing direct reports.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to foster an environment of open communication and employee engagement.Technical understanding and experience with POS solutions ranging from digital media to fixtures.Ability to multi-task and work in an agile environment.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a drive to make things happen.
