The Manager Trainee is responsible for assisting the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal.

Duties and Responsibilities:The Acquisition and Maintenance of CustomersDirect immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s)Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal paymentsClean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returnedComplete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets dailyDocument all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer systemAssist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by the General ManagerPerform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directedMaintain and update customer information in the store’s computer systemSafely operate company vehicleLoad, secure and protect product in company vehicleOther tasks as assigned by managementRequired Skills and Competencies:Good communication and interpersonal relationship skillsStrong telephone etiquetteComputer operations abilityGood organizational skillsGood driving skillsPosition routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50 – 300 lbsNeatly groomed appearanceSatisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Diver Qualification PolicyAbout Aaron’s
