In this role, The Trainer is a trusted consultant who is responsible for delivering training solutions both in-person and remotely that derive value and meet core business objectives within business transformation projects. The Trainer works with the learning team to fully understand the learning requirements and deliver targeted content to address the client's needs. As a trusted consultant, the Trainer is involved at the beginning of each project to deliver standard content to project participants to increase adoption of the solution. Throughout the project, the Trainer delivers content to achieve the client's vision for adopting the solution. The Trainer conducts ongoing research to remain at the forefront of training development and delivery. Typical responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on communication and Voice Accent
Deliver training on professional and soft skills
Deliver training on Cultural assimilation
Conduct TNI TNA for client-facing FA teams. Should have an understanding of the ADDIE model
Curate need-based content to drive training sessions
Drive CSAT/ NPS through communication interventions
Project manage communication professional skills training sessions
Audit calls , emails, and chat
Hire / assess candidates on communication skills based on the CEFR model
Create need-based remedial training plans
Create communication frameworks
Ability to work on tools like Verint, NICE
Reporting dashboard
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Demonstrated in-person presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience specializing in technical training delivery, change management, marketing, or graphic design/media production.
Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering results-oriented solutions aligned with business goals and objectives.
Strong influencing and consulting skills.
Challenges the status quo with diplomacy.
Agility and flexibility in relationships, project timelines, and client needs.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Proven ability at gaining credibility, trust and collaborating with key clients to build partnerships to understand and support the organizational vision, key objectives, and strategic direction.
Effectively identifies and analyzes problems and takes personal accountability and initiative.
Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, tact, professionalism, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Demonstrate working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in language or VA will be preferred
Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Technical Training (CTT ).
Outstanding drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn
