Position Summary Training Manager is responsible for designing, planning and implementing Corporate training programs. The Training Manager assists Senior Manager of Security in formulating the operating policies and procedures.Primary Responsibility •Assist Senior Manager of Security in formulating and revising the operation policies and procedures. •Designate training procedures by utilizing knowledge of effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, on-the-job training, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops. •Organize and develop training manuals that reach the standard of the Company and the VP of Security. •Responsible for organizing and arranging professional/ skill training with internal and external trainers. •Update records and compile statistical reports training program.Requirements •Bachelor degree or equivalent. •6 years working experience in Security industry with training experience is preferable. •Knowledge of training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation are preferable. •Knowledge on various security programs and security equipment. •Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office. •Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Cantonese. Putonghua is preferable. •Have good organizational and time management skills with the ability of planning and organizing activities.
