**Overview**
The Martech Strategist is responsible for crafting and optimizing the consumer lifecycle, delivering exceptional customer experiences (CX) through marketing technology. This role integrates customer journey mapping, UX principles, A/B testing, and personalization strategies to ensure data-driven, customer-centric marketing. The strategist leverages tools like CDPs (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP), CRMs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms to create meaningful customer interactions.
**Responsibilities**
**Consumer Lifecycle & CX Strategy**
+ Define and optimize the consumer lifecycle, ensuring personalized engagement across acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy stages.
+ Map customer journeys, analyze pain points, and design seamless, customer-centric pathways.
+ Partner with UX teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
**A/B Testing & Personalization**
+ Develop and oversee A/B testing strategies to refine marketing campaigns, UX, and messaging.
+ Leverage tools like Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud for advanced personalization initiatives.
+ Use insights from testing and martech tools to tailor customer experiences based on segmentation and behavioral data.
**Martech Stack Management**
+ Evaluate, implement, and optimize martech tools such as CDPs (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP), CRMs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
+ Ensure seamless integration of tools with existing systems to enable dynamic, real-time personalization.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Collaborate with UX designers, data analysts, and marketing teams to align martech capabilities with customer experience goals.
+ Educate stakeholders on best practices in A/B testing, personalization, and customer journey optimization.
**Performance Optimization**
+ Define KPIs related to personalization and testing success, such as conversion rates and uplift percentages.
+ Leverage martech tools to continuously enhance CX strategies and campaign outcomes.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, CX strategy, or digital marketing.
+ Expertise in customer journey mapping, A/B testing, personalization, and martech tools.
+ Experience with platforms like Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
