**Qualifications**
**Position Summary:** The Manager position will be a strong partner to minimize risk and exposure to the organization. This role is designed to have a global impact with focus on maintaining and strengthening the control environment across the Value Chain function related to inventory management providing assurance that our model is operating effectively and assurance of our inventory asset valuation. The individual will be an expert in financial regulatory compliance standards with a strong aptitude in building out a framework guided by our company principles and global business processes to provide governance, risk management, and controls expertise/guidance to various stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Drive the framework and implementation for the Value Chain team ensuring adoption of controls within the Global Plants and Distribution Centers.
+ Develop strategy and roadmap for all newly identified areas where there is no governance or oversight on business processes identified.
+ Tracking, coordination, and quality review of process-level deliverables to share with internal/external auditor and/or ELC Leadership
+ Design and maintain an effective standardized key control framework for global business processes.
+ Plant performance monitoring and control. Assure proper monitoring and financial performance of the Plant is accomplished by leveraging shared services organizations.
+ Analyze control deficiencies and provide guidance to develop impactful, sustainable and timely mitigation plans.
+ Ownership of control remediation with process and control owners as well as validation that action plans are implemented and meet assurance requirements.
+ Serve as a strong partner to minimize risk and exposure to the organization, maintaining and strengthening the control environment across the Value Chain function to ensure effective operational assurance.
+ Responsible for financial management and tracking of Global Inventory KPIs
+ Provide assurance over global inventory reserves.
+ Collaboration with stakeholders on organizational and process changes to ensure controls are identified, designed effectively and documented.
+ Identify and recommend innovative, automation and analytic-driven approaches to control design.
+ Provide SME with risk management, compliance and internal controls to business owners within the Supply Chain.
+ Involvement in the change management process, ensuring process/control owners are aligned with proposed updates and are adequately trained to execute new tools/reporting.
+ Develop strong multi-national relationships with stakeholders to foster a positive compliance culture in the Value Chain.
+ Develop clear career development plans to attract, retain and develop our talent.
+ Partner with share service centers to ensure all financial postings related to inventory are recorded timely and accurately.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, CMA/CPA Preferred
+ Expertise in financial regulatory compliance standards (Sarbanes-Oxley, SSAE18, COSO)
+ At least 3 years related experience
+ Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Power BI preferred)
+ OneStream experience preferred
+ Expert in financial regulatory compliance standards with a strong aptitude in building out a framework to provide governance, risk management, and controls expertise/guidance to various stakeholders.
+ Excellent business partnering, influencing, and presentation skills
+ Experienced with collaboration across stakeholders
+ Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and comfortable with ambiguity
+ SAP and Corporate Performance Management experience
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $139,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
