The Manager, Vendor & Relationship Management (VRM) provides support to the operational requirements for which VRM has accountability to ensure optimal functionality and business operations within VRM along with support of the overall delivery of the Vendor Engagement life cycle. This position will have key interactions with partnering functions within REGN as well as with external partners. Leads, on behalf VRM, the document collection and analysis of Governance and Oversight Compliance.
A Typical Day Might Look Like this:
Manage and document the tiering of Global Development Vendors in collaboration with VRM staff and relevant functions
Measure and manage the application of Partnership Effectiveness framework and behaviors across Global Development
Support generation and continuous improvement of VRM metrics, including additional support needed to each Segment on applicable Vendor/segment specific dashboards
Leads and oversees the creation, maintenance, retirement, and improvement of VRM dashboards and metrics reports.
Manage, and where applicable enhance, process for governance and compliance documentation to support regulatory compliance
Prepare and present trends, metrics and issue reports and presentation to Sr. Leadership as required
Provide project management support for VRM projects and key priorities
Maintain, manage and optimize folders and documentation in VRM shared space to improve operational efficiencies and information sharing
Partner with line managers to lead the onboarding of new employees within VRM and vendors to establish comprehensive onboarding plan and schedule
Identify opportunities for VRM process improvements and system enhancements
Use judgment to escalate issues to the appropriate team members for consideration and resolution
Apply knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems

To be considered you must have a Bachelor's degree required with 7+years' experience in pharmaceutical industry or project management related capacity- preferred. 5+ years’ project coordinator or project management experience supporting departments and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 2+ years SharePoint experience. Clinical Development exposure preferred, but not required. May be required to travel up-to 25%. Requires minimum of 3 days on-site in Armonk, NY or Basking Ridge, NJ.
