Inviting applications for the role of Manager (US Wealth Processes)

In this role, you will be accountable for all the activities related to Training planning in US Wealth management processes.

Responsibilities

Plan and Implement Training Programs in line with training framework agreed with the clients. Oversee governance and effectiveness of the training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.

Create training plans, track the progress and manage the wealth training database across business units

Maintain publish the training related power BI dashboards and generate the customised reports

Help the team manage and update training content, including SOPs, training assessments, and implement change management for process changes from clients along with process SMEs as needed

Run robust governance in line with client expectation of daily, weekly and monthly updates and reviews. Track training progress across all training batches and performance of trainees, providing daily, weekly, and monthly updates.

Work closely with operations and process SMEs to develop and roll out process knowledge assessments, managing coverage, insights, and throughput.

Ensure readiness and participation in Client and Genpact Training related audits. Ensure adherence to client and Genpact compliance training requirements.

Support process improvement projects and standardization activities, undertaking any additional tasks assigned by training leadership.

Help conduct trainer and trainee feedback surveys, Track performance for 30-60-90 days, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with SMEs for trainees as needed.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Relevant experience in Training for US wealth management processes

Proficiency in leveraging tools and technologies to improve training effectiveness and knowledge management

Should have understanding or have worked in production in Fund accounting or reconciliation processes

Advanced level MS excel skills are must, Power BI Power point presentations skills

Strong understanding of US wealth processes, regulations, and industry standards

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills

Team leading and client management skills
