We are inviting applications for the role of Wellness Manager
Responsibilities
• In collaboration with the Global Wellbeing Leader plans and executes wellbeing program for the account
· Supervises wellbeing/engagement coordinator, volunteers, spocs involved with the Wellbeing Program.
· Manages counselors, assists in determining counselor needs and in the recruiting/managing such persons. Work with different stakeholders for the same.
· Can prepare weekly activity reports/power points for presentations ensuring accuracy of information, developing recommendations and/or conveying information. Facilitates opportunities for client feedback on a weekly and monthly basis.
· Maintains records of activity sign in sheets, surveys, and reports as required.
· Prepare/implement and tracks budgets for wellness activities.
· Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders (Operations, HR, Legal, Facilities etc.) and coordinate floating various initiatives.
· Develop, coordinate, manage, wellbeing initiatives to reduce health risk, and encourage healthy lifestyles.
· Coordinate with vendors and HR to address people issues and implement health programs, including medical health checkups/health screenings, fitness classes, guest speakers etc.
· Answer employee questions regarding benefits and wellbeing program. Assist in drafting employee communications with respect to new initiatives to provide continuing education and stigma reduction programs.
· Regularly manage and track well-being activities in terms of participation (the total number of people involved in well-being activities), depth (percentage breakdown of employees who are heavy vs light users of well-being activities) and sustainability (number of employees who continue to engage in a specific risk reducing behavior)
· Keep abreast of current national wellness and wellbeing initiatives and activities, developing a network of resources and contacts to use as appropriate.
· Explore ideas and opportunities to personalize the program to increase employee participation.
· Fulfill responsibilities on special projects as assigned
· Regularly communicate with the floor and share information on counselor availability, wellbeing calendar and other well-being initiatives including team and open workshops/seminars.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

· A master's degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, with specialization in Clinical/Counseling Psychology.
· Research exposure with a capacity to conduct independent studies and rudimentary data analysis
· Knowledge of Microsoft word processing (Microsoft word, Excel, Power point)
· Relevant Work/training Experience.
Preferred qualifications
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work and maintain confidential information.
· Research experience with a capacity to conduct independent data analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
