**Description**
American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Managers, Finance to construct financial analyses and presentations for senior management, as well as the Board of Directors, the Compensation Committee, and the Federal Reserve. Recommend specific financial analysis that will surface key insights for senior leaders, and place the company’s performance in a broader industry and competitive context. Conduct financial analyses that include implications on current plans and forecasts and longer-term considerations for American Express. Perform ad-hoc analyses that will be shared with the CFO, senior management, and the Board of Directors, analyzing key drivers of business performance across American Express. Assess the long- and short-term financial impact of various assumptions on those drivers.
Position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with financial analysis and forecasting experience. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: analyzing business requirements, consumer behavior, and industry trends, and reporting on results to senior leadership and business unit partners; translating complex finance concepts into actionable insights for presentation to business leaders for decision-making; Waterfall analysis, fee calculations, and capital distributions; internal financial control improvements, including automating existing manual processes; analyzing investment portfolio performance, and building models and templates for complex finance allocation processes; working on economic analysis in the credit card industry; and AWS, Hive, Python, R, Spark, SQL, and Yellow Brick. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.

**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $115,731.00 to $155,000.00 annually
