Your roleAs an SAP Program Manager, you will lead and manage project teams, providing direction and driving business solutions. Your responsibilities will include program planning, budget management, PL oversight, risk management, operations transformation, and systems integration. You will play a crucial role in creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning, milestone creation, and financial reporting. Fluency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential, as well as a solid understanding of project leadership in high-value business solutions.As a strong communicator and problem solver, you will be responsible for leading teams, mentoring team members, managing projects, and maintaining a strong C-level executive presence. You will also need to articulate technical concepts and trends and have excellent time management skills. Weekly travel to project locations or client sites is required.Your skills and experienceYou will assist with technology and service transitions, manage SAP/ERP projects, and take a leadership role in planning, deploying, and reporting for various projects. You should be skilled in identifying potential risks and gaps, developing mitigations, and driving actions to resolve them. The role requires fluency in Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity PM, and JIRA (Agile Project Management) is a plus. You should have experience leading Scrum teams and fostering clear communication.
