We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Consultant with deep functional and technical expertise in SAP ECC and strong integration knowledge across SAP modules. This role is ideal for professionals who have led multiple full lifecycle implementations and are comfortable operating in fast-paced, client-facing environments. If you have experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, Variant Configuration (VC), and SD-FI/MM integrations, and are passionate about delivering business value through SAP, this is the opportunity for you.
You will be expected to bring a consultative mindset, strong technical proficiency, and leadership skills to guide clients through digital transformation journeys. Prior experience or exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities is a strong plus.
Your roleLeading SAP blueprint workshops, configuration activities, and custom development (PRICEFW) during implementation phases.
Managing end-to-end SAP ECC implementations, including data migration, cutover activities, testing, user training, and hyper-care support.
Providing expert guidance in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Variant Configuration (VC) processes.
Leading the design and implementation of SD-FI integration, including Accounts Receivable, inventory accounting, and intercompany processing.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective SD pricing strategies and ensuring seamless SD-MM integration, including EDI interfaces.
Mentoring and guiding team members in both technical and functional areas.
Serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and presenting at CxO-level meetings to align technical solutions with business goals.
Collaborating with offshore and onsite teams while managing delivery timelines and quality.
Staying current with SAP innovations, especially S/4HANA SD capabilities, to bring added value to client engagements.
Traveling to client sites (up to 100%) as per project requirements.
Your skills and experienceMinimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP ECC, with hands-on expertise across all project phases: blueprinting, configuration, development, data migration, testing, cutover, training, and support.Strong domain knowledge in OTC processes with Variant Configuration (VC) and leadership experience in driving project delivery in these areas.In-depth expertise in SD-FI integration (Accounts Receivable, inventory accounting, intercompany transactions), SD pricing design, and SD-MM integration. Prior EDI interface development experience is highly desired.Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sales Distribution (SD) functionality.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including CxO leadership.Proven leadership in team mentoring, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to foster a shared vision and create community among team members.Strong time management skills with flexibility and creativity in high-pressure environments.Passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.Professional background in consulting services is strongly preferred.Strong problem-solving and independent thinking capabilities.9–13 years of overall experience in SAP implementations and support.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/OTC roles with leadership responsibilities.Life at Capgemini
