How you'll succeed
1) Develop go-to-market strategy to fully support Private Wealth’s strategic priorities
Create actionable initiatives with clear deliverables to support needs / goals of Business Development, Wealth Strategies, Investments, Private Banking, and Family Office
2) Analyze competitive landscape, especially within Channels, and proactively develop new resources to support Business Development and client engagement priorities
Collaborate, collaborate, collaborate with Private Wealth leadership team & experts
Develop content campaigns across multi-media platforms
Drive growth of RFP process and track execution
Guide plans for roll-out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities – ensuring effective deployment while protecting from risks
3) Represent Private Wealth across US, Canada Enterprise & Canada Private Wealth Marketing teams – to advocate and push for support
Navigate CIBC’s global enterprise to identify and assemble the right resources to implement key strategic initiatives and day-to-day needs
Escalate gaps and propose alternate service solutions, where necessary
4) Execute, execute, execute in collaboration with Private Wealth and cross-enterprise stakeholders (referenced above) to further accelerate growth
Ensure tight coordination and project management with on-time delivery
5) Track results – with a data driven, consistent approach
Who you are
You have 15+ years industry experience in the financial services industry with a comprehensive understanding of Private Wealth Management market and HNW and UHNW target client base.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $200,000 - $225,000 for the Atlanta, GA market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. CIBC offers a full range of benefits and programs to meet our employee’s needs; including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, Disability, and Other Insurance Plans, Paid Time Off (including Sick Leave, Parental Leave, and Vacation), Holidays, and 401(k), in addition to other special perks reserved for our team members.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. Additional total compensation and benefits details will be provided during the hiring process.
