Individual will regularly interface with interLINK clientsBuild and maintain positive relationships with clientsIdentify opportunities for business growth - active listening to client needs, gather information and present internally with recommendation for solution.Help oversee the timely resolution of customer complaints. Follow up with the relevant department to make sure issues are resolved according to business SLA’sProvide high touch, white glove serviceConduct quarterly or monthly client sweep review meetings - provide business update and address areas of opportunity for the clientFacilitate ad hoc calls / video conferences to check in with clientsMonitor news that is relevant to specific clients and the industryCoordinate participation and support for client conferences and industry conferences.Monitor program balance changes, milestones, trends and communicate internally as appropriate.New product development - other product ideas and solutions to provide client with a comprehensive cash management solution from interLINKRequirements: College Graduate 15+ years of experience in financial services with a strong working knowledge of cash management and insured sweep space.In-depth knowledge of broker dealer, clearing, custody and RIA space.Sales/Sales Support Experience-Ability to work closely with sales lead to deliver high quality, high touch experience to clients and prospectsStrategic Mindset- Experience in strategizing responses, interactions, and steering the sales process from a strategic vantage point.Nimble Decision Making-Adept at quick and effective decision making to capitalize on evolving sales opportunities and address unforeseen challenges.Relationship Management-Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong long-lasting relationships.Cross-Selling Acumen-Demonstrated expertise in identifying and leveraging cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and enhance revenue streams; interLINK will be the primary sales opportunity; alternative solutions are being developed and will be available to sell.Networking Proficiency-Adept at building and maintaining a robust professional network to foster new business connections and amplify sales outreach efforts.Active listener with ability to think on feet.  Hear what client wants/needs and figure out how to deliver a solution.  Ability to fact find with client and present internally to address

The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 USD to $160,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
