Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Managing Director for the Workplace Justice Lab@RU at the School of Management and Labor Relations.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Works with the Faculty Director of the Workplace Justice Lab @RU in the School of Management and Labor Relations to lead strategic development, growth and planning for the Center. Oversees the setting and implementation of goals and provides daily leadership, direction, and coordination for the Center. Works with key staff to coordinate strategic communication, fundraising, training, and staff team building and management.
