Key Responsibilities:
– Drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of a third-party logistics operation focused on LTL and FTL transport
– Manage approximately 200 employees across six branches to enhance business growth in warehousing and air & ocean freight
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
– Establish and track key performance indicators to ensure accountability and performance
– Cultivate a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement
– Oversee financial performance, resource allocation, and budget management
Qualifications:
– Native Czech speaker with fluent English; proficiency in German is a plus
– Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain management, specifically within a 3PL environment
– Strong strategic vision paired with exceptional diplomatic skills
– Enthusiastic demeanor complemented by outstanding analytical abilities
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven results-driven leadership style
– Demonstrated capability to implement change and improve business processes
– In-depth knowledge of the logistics market and established customer contacts
– Sales-oriented with a history of achieving and exceeding targets
