Position Overview

This person should have experience in overseeing sales, business operations as well as marketing, human resources, and finance. The ideal candidate will be an expert who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, the general manager should be driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Full P&L ownership and strategic leadership Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets Achieve business performance objectives, balancing short and long term targets. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality Manage and mentor department heads and staff Monitor financial performance, controlling budget and expenses Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Leverages relationships with senior-level customer decision-makers to upsell DN products and services into new and profitable areas. Monitoring and managing all sales activities within the country by leading the commercial function to generate a robust sales pipeline Ensuring alignment of local management with organizational goals Represent the company in the press and during events / conferencesRequired Qualifications:
Business degree Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the banking and payment industry Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and improve profitability. Strategic thinker with a track record of successful business growth. Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of industry and country regulation Sales experience at C Level Results oriented with a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction
